[11p-Z29-6] Observation of Electronic State Change due to Molecular Adsorption on MoS2 Surface using Ultraviolet Photoelectron Spectroscopy

At the previous autumn lecture, we reported that the electrical properties change when TCNQ and F4-TCNQ are adsorbed on the surface of MoS2-FET. As a proof of this experimental result, we decided to observe from the viewpoint of ultraviolet photoemission spectroscopy (UPS). In this presentation, we will compare the changes in the UPS spectra obtained in this experiment with the changes in the previously reported electrical characteristics, and try to make progress in consideration.
