△ [8a-Z07-5] Modulation of lattice and magnetism by nanocrystallization of Ca₂RuO₄

In order to identify the crystal phase of the thin film Ca₂RuO₄ in which superconductivity was observed without the transition to the insulator, we prepared nanocrystals with a small number of layers as with the thin film. It was found that nanocrystals have different lattice constants and magnetic properties depending on the synthesis conditions.
