Our group has fabricated an organic bilayer film structure that can measure the thermal conductivity of the charge-doped polymer semiconductor thin film by the 3ω method. The results of the evaluation were reported. In this paper, the heat transfer characteristics of the poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) thin film sample doped with acceptor molecules were evaluated in consideration of the surface thermal resistance, and the results are reported.
