Superconducting diodes with an asymmetric critical current density Jc have been proposed. In this study, field and temperature dependences of the asymmetric Jc were investigated to clarify the effect of bulk pinning in the BaHfO3-doped SmBa2Cu3Oy films. As results, the asymmetricity was suppressed below 60 K possibly due to the enhanced bulk pinning by intrinsic pinning centers.
