[8p-Z18-4] Tertiary battery with use of phase transition

We are proposing a "tertiary batteries" that are self-charged due to temperature change of the outside. These batteries consist of two kinds of secondary-ion batteries materials with the difference in the temperature coefficient of redox potential α(= dV/dT).
In this study, we investigated the cell properties in NaxCo[Fe(CN)6]0.823.5H2O(NCF82)/NaxCo[Fe(CN)6]0.902.9H2O(NCF90) tertiary battery. NCF82 is a battery material showing in phase transition. We found that cell voltage of the NCF82/NCF90 cell steeply increases from 0mV to 120 mV around 320K with increase in the cell temperature.
