Keywords:CNT, Super Growth Method

CNTs (Carbon Nanotubes: CNTs) are drawing attention as a carrier for adsorbing hydrogen used in fuel cells and as a material for MEMS devices such as gas sensors. We are studying the CNT synthesis method for new devices using CNT. Among the synthetic methods, we will describe the effect of CNT growth by the super growth method, which can be synthesized with high efficiency, has high purity, has a large surface area, and is suitable for applications
