Organic multi-valued logic circuits, which can handle more than two logical values, have gained increasing interest as key elements in Internet of Things (IoT) society. This is because the circuits are expected to drastically improve the information processing capability. In this study, we demonstrate a flexible organic anti-ambipolar transistor, which induced a negative resistance at room temperature, with the benefits of organic materials such as mechanical flexibility and light weight. Furthermore, a multi-valued logic circuit is achieved in combination with a N-type transistor to realize a ternary logic circuit operation.
