[9a-Z15-2] Fabrication of pn homojunction of SnS and its photovoltaic properties

We succeeded in fabricating pn homojunction of SnS which composed of p-type thin film on n-type large single crystal, which we recently established the growth method. We will present the obtained results on the various structural and electrical evaluations of the obtained pn homojunction. The photovoltaic properties recorded a high open circuit voltage and a conversion efficiency over 1%.
