In this invited talk, we will give an overview of spintronics-based ultra-low-power processor technology, which has been attracting attention in recent years as innovative technology that can achieve lower power consumption compare to conventional CMOS technology.
In addition, we will also introduce "Power Spin Inc. as Tohoku University Venture", which was founded to promote the social dissemination of the core technologies including the spintronics technologies developed at Tohoku University.
