Keywords:holography, microscope, atomic-resolution

Atomic resolution holography is a technique that can analyze a local three-dimensional atomic arrangement around a trace element in a crystal for the understanding of the function at the atomic level. The conventional device requires synchrotron radiation and has insufficient energy resolution. In this study, we are developing a holographic microscope compact DELMA that enables stereoscopic viewing of the atomic arrangement around isolated atoms with valence separation in nano-area. Valence selective holography on the W(110)-O surface will be used to explain it.
