固体表面における撥水性の研究は様々な分野において注目を集めている。我々は独自技術であるバイオテンプレート極限加工技術を用いて高均一・高密度そして低欠陥の10 nmサイズのSiナノピラー構造を作製した。本研究では配置制御されたSiナノピラー構造の間隔や長さを変化させ、それによる撥水性の変化について検討した。
