[12a-A407-1] Self-assembled Gold Nanoparticles Array for Single Nanoparticle Analysis

Aiming at composition analysis of single nanobioparticles, we developed a nanoarray using gold nanoparticles (AuNP) to enhance the signal. First, the gap of AuNP dispersed on the substrate was controlled by modification of molecules on the AuNP surface. Next, the combination of the AuNP adsorption method using 1-dodecanethiol and the fabrication process of amino group-modified nanospots achieved the fabrication of a nanoarray in which self-assembled AuNPs were hexagonally packed on the nanospots.
