[12a-A409-3] Fabrication of 2D perovskite nanoparticles by LARP method

Organic-inorganic perovskite compounds showed excellent optical properties due to the quantum-well structure. In this study, nano-sized crystals were fabricated by introducing oleic acid and oleyl amine into the perovskite as organic ligands in order to enhance the photoluminescence properties. Optical properties were investigated by PL measurements. A sharp PL peak was observed at 453 nm with full width at half maximum of 17 nm, and its quantum yield was 75%. The crystal structure was investigated by XRD. XRD patterns showed a series of diffractions suggesting formation of layered structure.
