Our group is developing technology to measure such sheet resistivity, carrier density, and mobility as the electrical properties of graphene without electrodes. Now, the measurement technology of graphene on various metals are increasingly expected. In this case, reflection spectroscopy, which is a measurement method independent of the substrate, is required. In this study, we investigated whether the electrical properties of graphene can be measured without electrodes using THz-TDSE, which is a reflection spectroscopy analysis method, with graphene on r-plane sapphire.
