[12a-PA2-55] Fabrication and characterization of asymmetric suspended trapezoid graphene
Keywords:suspended graphene, asymmetric structure, nano fabrication
In the field of nanothermal engineering, wave propagation of phonons is achieved using a structure called a phononic crystal (PnC) in which pores of the same order as the mean free path of phonons (up to nanoscale) are regularly introduced into the structure. Research has been conducted to control . Recent studies have reported that trapezoidal suspended graphene functions as a thermal diode. However, the dependence on shape and width is not clear. Therefore, trapezoidal suspended graphenes with different widths on the upper and lower sides of the trapezoid were fabricated, and as a first step, the basic electrical characteristics were evaluated.
