[12a-PB2-4] Evaluations of vitamin B2 concentration in milk based on photo-degradation of photoluminescence

Vitamin B2 is a phosphor emitting green light and is an important nutrition in foods. Photo-degradation of vitamin B2 molecules by excitation with short wavelength light during photoluminescence measurement disturbs the acculated evaluation of vitamin B2 concentration. In this paper, evaluations of vitamin B2 concentration in milk is reported based on photo-degradation of photoluminescence.
