[12p-A301-8] Research trend for Pb-free perovskite solar cells

Shuzi Hayase1 (1.UEC)

Keywords:solar cell, perovskite, Pb free

The efficiency of Pb-perovskite solar cells was improved to 25.2% which is higher than those for multi-crystalline inorganic solar cells. One of the concerns for the commercialization was the presence of Pb ions. Pb free perovskite solar cells with Sn, Ge, Bi, Sb, Ti and so on, have been reported, however, these efficiencies were lower than 5%. Recently, remarkable progress has been done in Sn-perovskite solar cells and the efficiency higher than 10% have been reported. Research trend on Pb-free perovskite solar cells including our results on Sn-perovskite solar cell is reviewed.
