We are developing a dosimetry system which employs a solar cell as a radiation detection device. This system is designed to be used for Fukushima 1F nuclear reactor decommission. InGaP, CIGS and CdTe solar cells have been selected as candidates of the detection device. It has been confirmed that the radiation induced current from the solar cells is propotional to the input radiation power. The othe results obtained from the experiments performed so far will be presented.
