For the quantitative analyses of HNO2, NO2-, and O3, which are major compositions of plasma activated water (PAW), we measured their reference spectra and the absorption coefficients in UV ranges. A new method using the reaction of O3 with NO2- was proposed and tested for calibrating the absorption coefficient of O3. We investigated also aqueous reactions of O3 with NO2- and HNO2 to produce NO3- for estimating their influences to the PAW compositions.
