A pn junction diode composed of the mixture P3HT:PCBM was fabricated with stacked p-doped layer and n-doped layer by evaporative spray deposition using ultradilute solution (ESDUS) method. The built in potential determined by capacitance measurement coincided with the open circuit voltage.
