[12p-A404-1] Surface Structure Formed in Aligned Films by Patterned Photopolymerization

Sayuri Hashimoto1, Norihisa Akamatsu1, Atsushi Shishido1 (1.Lab. for Chem. & Life Sci., Tokyo Tech)

Keywords:photopolymerization, molecular alignment, surface structure

Polymer films with finely controlled molecular alignment can change their surface structures in response to external stimuli such as light, electricity or heat. Recently, we have developed a new <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-1" id="gwmw-15786446899946261118876">photoalignment</gwmw> process based on a molecular motion induced by <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-1" id="gwmw-15786446899942853118452">photopolymerization</gwmw>. In this study, we investigated <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-3" id="gwmw-15786446914325544822264">detailed relationship</gwmw> between <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-3" id="gwmw-15786446914339777138276">formation</gwmw> of peak/valley structures and molecular alignment in polymer films.
