△ [12p-A408-3] Effects of the Spatio- Temporal Changes in the Electrical Field on the Gliding Microtubule Control
Keywords:kinesin, microtubule, molacular interaction control
We evaluated the pause ratio of the gliding microtubule (MT) near the edge of the Virtual Cathode (VC) that constructed by the raster scanning of the electron beam. Because of the raster scanning, higher spatiotemporal changes in the electrical field are caused on the edge than the middle of the VC. In this report, we analyzed the distances between the middle of the microtubules and the right edge of the raster scanning. As a result, in both edges, the ratio of the pause were higher than the middle of the VC. From these results, we consider that the pause of the interactions of the MT and kinesins were not very affected by storing chemical species. In addition, we consider that the gliding MTs are affected by electrophoresis and the electrical conduction caused though the electric double layers and condenser. These results are could be contributed to understanding the interactions of the MT and kinesins and improving of the gliding MT control methods.
