(Thiophene / phenylene) co-oligomer (TPCO) single crystal is a promising material for organic semiconductor lasers, including current injected lasing in light-emitting transistor structures. We have fabricated a double heterostructure of this system by vapor deposition and reported its EL device characteristics. This time, we report on the pulse drive characteristics of the EL device using the deposited film. In particular, we compare the pulse drive characteristics of EL devices using two types of n-type TPCOs, and compare their characteristics.
