Superconducting qubits based on Josephson junctions are practical devices towards the development of quantum computers owing to their controllability and scalability. We can manipulate them by irradiating microwaves with appropriate duration time and power. If we use microwave sources at room temperature to control a large qubit system, the heat flow via a huge number of coaxial cables to supply microwaves easily exceeds the cooling power and avoids correct operation. Thus, microwave switches which work near the superconducting qubits is helpful to control a large qubit system. In the previous study, we demonstrated a microwave switch using rapid single-flux-quantum (RSFQ) logic , which generates microwave pulses from a continuous microwave in the GHz range. In this study, we try to replace bias resistors with Josephson junctions and large inductors to further reduce dissipation.
