Cu2SnS3 (CTS) is attractive for an abundant non-toxic thermoelectric material because of high Seebeck coefficient and low thermal conductivity. We aim at improving thermoelectric performance by solid solution due to the Ag addition accompanied by a decrease in thermal conductivity. Consequently, thermal conductivity less than 1.0 W/(K·m) is obtained. However, low electrical conductivity results in low thermoelectric performance of less than 0.05.
