Thermal to electrical energy conversion is one of the most promising technology to produce the electricity from the unused waste heat. The major heat sources are coming out <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-3" id="gwmw-15789733632288296042405">from</gwmw> industries, automobiles and thermal power plant. Those heat energies are largely <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-3" id="gwmw-15789733639238666493850">affect</gwmw> environmental effects such as global warming problems. Non-oxide based materials such as Bi2<gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-1" id="gwmw-15789733653523014009313">Te</gwmw>3, <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-anim ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-1" id="gwmw-15789733662672007160862">PbTe</gwmw> and Cu2Te are widely used for the TE application.
