The culture type planar patch clamp technology is a technology capable of realizing a multipoint ion channel current of a plurality of cells. If a mechanism (multiplexer) for selecting one cell as a target from a plurality of cells and connecting a flow path is realized, not only this advancement but also development to single cell gene extraction and the like can be performed. In this presentation, we report that the construction of a multiplexer using a normally closed (NC) microvalve and its effectiveness for selective multipoint measurement have been demonstrated.
