[13a-D419-6] Orientation Dependence on SrTiO3 in Photoelectrochemical Water Splitting
Keywords:SrTiO3, photoelectrochemistry, water splitting
SrTiO3 is one of the photocatalysts which can produce hydrogen utilizing solar energy. In the present study, the crystal orientation dependence of SrTiO3 in photoelectrochemical water splitting is investigated. The anodic photocurrent of (110) plane showed the largest photocurrent and this result indicates that (110) planes work as an efficient oxygen evolution sites. We will report details including flat-band potential in this presentation.
