[13p-A404-12] Influences of pore size for fabrication conditions of barnacle-like porous structures

We reported on an functional surface with barnacle-like porous structures which can be applied for sensing chips based on plasmon excitation and grating coupling. Among these studies, it was found that there are two important parameters for the favorable structural formation. In addition, it was also founded that the values of the important parameters were shifted depending on the diameter modification of the porous structures.
