本研究では，集積回路への基板バイアスの影響を解決するため，Triple-well構造を採用したフィルタフリー蛍光センサを構造と動作原理を説明する．そして，製作したセンサを用いて流動的なターゲットの蛍光検出を目指し、表面と基板側に流れる光電流IoutとIn-wellを同時に検出して単一波長を識別する新しい方法を提案する．センサの光特性評価として，LED光源に対する波長と光強度の依存性結果を提示する．
