We demonstrate a lens-free imaging device for Dual-color fluorescence detection. The device is composed of an image sensor and a hybrid filter. In this work, the hybrid filter consists of a longpass interference filter, a notch filter, a fiber optic plate, and an absorption filter are used to improve the fluorescent imaging performance of lens-free devices. The sensitivity spectrum measurement result for the image sensor combined with the hybrid filter shows for green and red light. Also, the result shows that the notch filter attenuates the light in a specific range to a very low level. The result shows that this hybrid filter can be applied to the lens-free device for dual-color detection which is green and red fluorescence. Afterward, this device would be applied to in-vitro experiments to observe activity in cultured cells.
