[13p-B401-6] Exciton effect of buried multiple quantum wells in a photonic crystal nanocavity (II)

We studied large Purcell enhancement [1], high-β laser with smooth lasing transition [2] and photon statics [3] using a buried multiple-quantum-well photonic crystal nanocavity. In this study, we will investigate ultra-low energy all-optical switching using exciton effect of the buried multiple-quantum-well photonic crystal nanocavity.
