In a superconducting resonator coupled to a microwave, the energy distribution of quasiparticles changes due to the microwave electric field inside the resonator. Accordingly, the effective number of quasiparticles near the Fermi level changes, and the normal conductivity changes. As a result, the internal quality factor of the superconducting resonator varies depending on the strength of the microwave electric field inside the resonator. It is considered that the dependence of the internal quality factor of the superconducting resonator on the readout microwave power depends on the change of the normal conductivity of the quasiparticle with respect to the microwave electric field inside the resonator.
