[13p-B414-8] Diamond: spin manipulation and material developments for quantum technology

Junichi Isoya1 (1.Univ. of Tsukuba)

Keywords:NV center, diamond, quantum device

NV center in diamond is a solid-state spin-qubit which is promising for chip-scale integration. Development of multi-qubit quantum registers is important since quantum network linked by photons is an archtecture of scalable quantum computing. Fabrications of quantum registers, their applications such as QEC and high-resolution NMR utilizing QIP protocols, and photoelectrical readout of single centers which opens a way for compact scalable quantum devices are main topics of this talk. Outlook of scale-up of quantum registers based on the recent spin manipulation techniques developed from quantum sensing applications will be discussed.
