Recently, Ag-Bi based materials are showing much interest as a low-toxic and inexpensive lead free material to substitute for lead halide perovskite. In this study, III-V cation which can be substituted for Bi was researched by time-resolved microwave conductivity (TRMC). Subsequently, we fabricated solar cell which is made of Sb and Bi mixed films (Ag-Bi-Sb-I). The solar cell showed higher PCE than Ag-Bi-I. Furthermore, we analyzed elemental composition of the samples by Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDX). From the results, it is found that the samples didn’t contain enough ratio of I2 compared with the amount of original I2. Therefore, we added I2 into precursor solution, and successfully observed the improvement of solar cell performance.
