Graphitic carbon nitride (g-C₃N₄) with a layered structure can be obtained by pyrolysis of melamine. Although the production is powder, the solid or film can be synthesized by the vapor deposition method. In this study, we obtained a relation between the absorption and photoluminescence spectra.
