AC impedance spectroscopy is an important method for the analysis of electrochemical reactions. In conventional analysis of AC impedance spectra, the selection of an equivalent circuit models is visually determined from a Nyquist plot; this visual determination can be inaccurate. Recently, we have proposed the analysis of AC impedance spectra using Bayesian statistics. In this study, we applied this method to analyze the impedance spectra obtained from a simple electrochemical device, Ni/Li3PO4(solid electrolyte)/Ni.
