[14a-A205-6] Estimation of Properties of Gases Based on Transfer Function Ratios

We developed a data analysis method based on transfer function ratios (TFRs) and realized simplified gas identification without any gas control by combining the data analysis method and membrane-type surface stress sensors (MSS)—ultra small gas sensors. It is noted that TFRs depend on not only gas species but also other parameters of gases such as temperature, humidity, and gas concentration range. In this study, we performed estimation of parameters of gases by TFRs.
