[14a-A301-8] We constructed a mathematical model of molecular gap atomic switches and implemented it in HSPICE. Differential equations, in which the state of silver ion in electrode and silver atom between the electrodes are set as variables, are defined. The bistable ON and OFF states, are expressed by a double well potential. Simulated results reproduce the experimental switching characteristic very well.
