In the plasma medicine, elucidations of action mechanisms are still challenging for a lack of experiment on reactions between biomolecules and plasma-generating reactive species. In this study, we analyzed components of plasma-treated tyrosine solution using liquid chromatography with photodiode array detector. We will report the results on estimation of key reactive species and quantitation of the tyrosine derivatives.
