We have shown high efficiency drag transfer induced by plasma irradiation and important roles of TRP channel in sensing the plasma-generated reactive species. However, the main factor and a type of activated TRP channel in the plasma-induced drug transfer remain unclear. We investigated the main agent in the plasma-induced drag transfer using direct plasma irradiation or addition of long-lived reactive species for exogenously TRP channel expressed cells and we will show the results in the presentation.
