[14a-B309-3] Tuning Plasmon Resonance in Deep Ultraviolet-Visible Wavelength Region
using Metal Nano-Void Structure

In this study, a new Nano-Void structure was devised to achieve the enhancement of luminescence in the ultraviolet region, the appearance of SP resonance, and the tuning of wavelength. The Nano-Void structure was fabricated by a very simple method of oxidizing Ga particles and coating metal. As a result, we report the successful expression and regulation of SP resonance in the visible to deep ultraviolet region.
