[14p-A408-5] Large-scale/multidimensional cell imaging with stimulated Raman scattering

Yasuyuki Ozeki1 (1.Univ. of Tokyo)

Keywords:Raman microscopy

Recent advancement of molecular vibrational spectroscopic imaging based on Raman scattering is remarkable. In particular, the emergence of stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) microscopy has accelerated the acquisition speed of Raman imaging by several orders of magnitude. In this talk, I will introduce the recent progress of SRS imaging and discuss multivariate analysis and image analysis methods for utilizing large-scale and multidimensional spectral information and image information obtained by SRS.
