High-speed AFM (HS-AFM) allowed us to directly observe the dynamics behaviors of biomolecules at nanometer and subsecond spatiotemporal resolution. However, this spatiotemporal resolution is still not enough to study the detailed mechanism of biological reactions. Here, we are developing a new method to generate pseudo AFM images based on the CafeMol software, one of the coarse-grained molecular dynamics simulation software. The information obtained from the pseudo AFM images provides detailed information explaining the molecular behavior visualized by HS-AFM.
