近年、外力による膜の伸張や細胞外基質との接着などの細胞を取り巻く力学的環境に対する分子応答のメカニズムに関して活発に研究が行われている。本講演ではフェムト秒レーザーが誘起する衝撃力の作用により誘導される細胞内カルシウム濃度とpHの経時応答を紹介し、さらに機械学習や数理モデルを用いたデータの解析に関する取り組みを紹介する。
