Achiral structures can show chiral optical responses by breaking symmetry of excitation and detection systems. In this presentation, we report mapping of circular polarized field and relative phase on Si nanosphere which has mirror symmetry in all directions, which are measured by cathodoluminescence combined with scanning transmission electron microscope (high spatial resolution < 1nm).
