[14p-D221-2] Stability and spin coherence properties of NV center near diamond surface

The purpose of this study is to improve the sensitivity of a magnetic sensor using a single NV in n-type diamond. I measured the coherence time (T2) of a single NV center near the surface in phosphorus-doped n-type diamond using the Hahn Echo method. I also compared the NV with T2 of a single NV center fabricated under the same conditions in diamond without phosphorus doping. In this presentation, I report on the preparation method of each sample and the measurement results of T2.
