It is possible to arrange NV ensemble two-dimensionally in order to apply NV ensemble into quantum processor. Thus, we fabricated 2D-NV ensemble from nitrogen termination on diamond surface. Because it is necessary to remove amino group after nitrogen radical exposure in order to make NV ensemble aligned to [111], anneal was done. In result, the rate of NV ensemble aligned to [111] increases, and also scaling factor become higher.
