我々は、放射光軟X線と理論計算を用いたLiイオン電池(LIB)活物質材料の電子状態解析を中心に取り組み、吸収分光や発光分光による電極活物質の遷移金属と酸素の混成軌道の解析を基に充放電に関する電子状態変化を考察してきている。本講演においては、走査型透過X線顕微鏡によるLIBの単結晶ナノ材料の解析に加えて、3DnanoESCAと全固体LIBを用いたオペランド光電子分光について報告する。
