Atmospheric-pressure glow discharge with liquid electrode is a form of atmospheric-pressure nonequilibrium plasma in contact with liquid. The reactions in the liquid are induced by the interaction between charged/radical species incident on the liquid surface from the glow discharge at plasma-liquid interface. We have carried out a one-dimensional fluid model analysis on atmospheric-pressure dc glow discharge electrolysis using an silver nitrate aqueous solution, and have discussed the generation of hydrated electrons and the reduction of silver ions. In this work, we expanded this approach using two dimensional simulation and focused on the correlation between discharge distribution and reactions in liquid.
